1. Custom Orders and Modifications:
All custom orders placed through our woodworking web page are considered final. If you wish to make modifications to your order, please contact our team within 5 days of placing the order to determine if the requested changes are possible. We will do our best to accommodate your modification requests, but they are subject to approval based on the progress of your order.
2. Order Processing and Delivery:
a. Custom orders are processed and crafted with care. The estimated production time for your order is between 3 to 6 weeks from the date of order placement.
b. Please note that the delivery time mentioned is an estimate and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as availability of materials, production workload, and shipping delays. We will make every effort to inform you promptly of any unforeseen delays.
3. Payment:
a. Half payment is required at the time of placing a custom order. The rest upon delivery.
b. All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
c. We accept credit/debit card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash, as forms of payment for all orders.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Custom orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as they are tailored specifically to your requirements.
b. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued to you.
5. Quality and Variations:
a. Our woodworking products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur.
b. We strive to provide accurate product images on our website, but please note that actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural variations in wood.
6. Care and Maintenance:
a. Care instructions for your custom woodworking product will be provided upon delivery. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure the longevity of your item.
